Eu registei-me no F1TIME e estive a espera da activação da conta mais de 24 horas. Porque é que está a demorar tanto tempo?

A tua activação pode estar atrasada porque os Admins estão ocupados, mas normalmente uma espera maior do que o esperado acontece entre épocas e as novas contas só são activadas depois do recomeço da temporada. Não te preocupes, ainda terás muito tempo para preparar a primeira corrida e podes usar esse tempo para leres as Regras e o Guia e também passares pelos fóruns.

Quando é que eu corro?

Existe um cronómetro decrescente por cima da barra de tarefas no canto superior direito da página. Também podes encontrar o teu horário de corrida na página informação da liga . Lembra-te que todas as horas são GMT, incluindo a hora do servidor na barra do menu.

Problemas relacionados com a corrida

Eu tentei de tudo mas continuo a ter 0% DRP nos treinos livres. Tem de ser um bug, o que é que eu faço?

Cada circuito é diferente e requer um diferente DRP. Alguns circuitos como o Monaco têm um DRP muito único. Pode ser difícil de descobrir mas não é um bug. Lê atentamente a secção sobre DRP no Guia e vai com calma.

Na descrição do circuito eu encontro 2 números para cada sector. O que é que eles significam?

Estas números são chamados de section dynamics e section sharpness. Estes números têm a ver com os atributos das curvas do circuito e são usados para calcular o acerto ideal das asas para esse sector.

Como é que eu posso ver a corrida enquanto esta está a decorrer?

Podes vê-la com a Corrida ao vivo ou o Mobile Race Viewer.

Eu tive um acidente e o relatório de corrida diz que o meu piloto ficou ferido. Vou conseguir correr?

Sim, mas ele vai perder alguma forma e resistência.

No meu grupo, alguém teve uma explosão no motor, mas mesmo assim conseguiu pontos, isto é um bug?

Assim que o líder completar a corrida, toda a gente tem que terminar a sua volta actual e só depois a corrida acaba para toda a gente. Por isso, por exemplo, se toda a gente menos os 4 primeiros tiver sido dobrado e o 2º tem uma explosão no motor na ultima volta, o 5º não tem hipóteses de o ultrapassar, portanto apesar da explosão, ele pode terminar em 4º e conseguir pontos. Isto está de acordo com as regras da F1 e portanto não é um bug.

Why didn't I get a new sponsor offer after the race? Where did my sponsor offers go?

You can have only 3 offers pending or in negotiations. If you have 3 your commerce director will not be looking for a new sponsor next race so you will have to reject or sign one of the offers if you want them to look for a new one. If you keep a sponsor waiting too long or negotiate with them too much they may decide to leave you and look for another team to sponsor.

Also, your Commerce Director has a limited number of hours to find new sponsors. If they use all their hours negotiating a current offer they can not find any new sponsors.

I made an offer in the market for a driver/designer/commerce director and they were negotiating with me, but it is gone. Why did they not sign with me?

This could be because of a few reasons. The most common reason is that they signed with someone else. They may have also received 3 new offers that were greater than any current negotiation and decided to negotiate those offers. You may have also reset the offer while trying to edit it. To edit an existing offer make sure you edit it in ‘your offers’ and not resubmit a brand new offer using ‘make an offer’.

The season is ending and I haven’t been able to hire a new driver. What will happen to me?

You will be assigned a random driver (designer, commerce director) from your league’s pool of unsigned staff for a 1 season contract worth $1 million per race.

General questions

Why do some players have stars (*) beside their names?

The stars (*) are given to managers who win the Class 1 championship. Each star represents a championship title so a manager may have multiple stars.

Someone ahead of me in the standings isn't racing, will I get ranked above them?

In Classes 1 through3 inactive players are not removed so you must attain more points to pass them in the standings, no matter how few races they have run. Ties are decided by who has the most first places, then second places, thirds, etc. until the tie is broken.

I have made a mistake, can you reset/undo my last action?

Unfortunately, mistakes happen to everyone and this is a live/online game, so nothing can be done to undo what you have already done, or we would have to start doing it for everyone and that would leave no time for anything else in the game. Try to learn from your mistakes and make sure they do not happen again. Better yet, learn from the mistakes of others, read the guide and, if you need help or explanation, always ask in the forums.

I want to restart playing from the beginning, can you please place my account in C4 or reset it?

Your account can only be reset after you miss 4 races in a row in the lowest class (Class 4) or you use the retire button at the season reset. After that your account will marked as "inactive" and you can login and apply for a new office again in Class 4.

I want to create a new account because my old account is not good anymore (made too many mistakes, no money left, etc.), can I create new account?

No, no one is allowed to have more than one account as it is stated in game rules (please read them). If you attempt to create multiple accounts, you may be disqualified for a whole season or even blocked from the game for good. Your account will never be deleted (unless you brake game rules), so even if you decide to take a break and come back a month later, you will be able to apply for new office from your old account. You can always request your password be sent to your email from the link on the front page.
