With negative balance, you:

• Can not produce parts in your factory.
• Can not expand factory.
• Can not make offers or edit offers for drivers, designers and commerce directors.
• Can not train staff (engineers, mechanics and pit crew).
• Can not extend staff contracts (engineers, mechanics and pit crew).
• Can not book testing track (if testing session has already been started, you can finish it).

However with negative balance, you:

• Can buy new parts from public market.
• Can extend the contract with your driver for another season.
• Can hire new staff (engineers, mechanics and pit crew). - Changed February 27 2009
